Ladies' Keep Fit Class

Mondays 7.30 pm to 8.30pm

 

 Aerobics 

Val Wood leads the class through a sequence of aerobic exercises using a wide selection of music from different eras.  The class meets in the Hall in term time, and some holiday weeks as well if required.  If you would like to join the group, just come along!
